Gorgeous, fully furnished condo with approximately 1600 square feet, single level, golf course/mountain view with fireplace, in Sunrise Country Club, Rancho Mirage, California. Short walk to tennis courts, grill and clubhouse.  Large patio on the golf course with all patio furniture and BBQ facing south and south-west, for lots of afternoon sun.  Beautiful view of the mountains and golf course. Master bedroom/bath with King size bed, two bedrooms with queen size beds.  Two fully furnished bathrooms.  All linens included (as well as beach towels for pool).	Past Guest Comments "Perfect Rental Condo" I stayed in this condo for 4 months, July through October, while working in the area. I could not have asked for a better experience. The location was central and convenient. The condo is beautiful: comfortable, well maintained, well furnished, and well supplied. I felt like I was living in my own home; wish I owned it. The grounds are lovely; staff are friendly, helpful, professional, and available. The landlord of this unit is a real gentleman and was very helpful with all my needs. New: For Our Canadian Guests For our Canadian guests, we now have a cell phone for your use in the condo during your stay.  You pay ONLY for cell time.  For $25, you get 750 minutes for 30 days (3.3 cents a minute)(1).  If you want more time, you can get unlimited calling(2) for $50 for 30 days.  And calls to Canada are included at minimal additional charge! They even give you a local number in Canada, that your friends can use to call you - and at NO extra charge!
Fully equipped kitchen with CD/AM/FM unit, VCR/DVD/TV (includes free HBO) in Living Room, cable TV/VCR in all 3 bedrooms, washer/dryer, central air/heat, oversized water heater, two car garage. All the comforts of "home".  Beautifully furnished. Sunrise Country Club is a private gate-guarded community located between Bob Hope Dr. and Country Club Dr. in Rancho Mirage, California. A variety of social activities are offered, particularly during the "season".  In addition, a Club Grill offers daily breakfast and lunch by the tennis courts.  The dining room is open for a more formal and festive atmosphere.  "The River" shopping center is less than a mile away and includes shops, movie theatre and restaurants. Condo includes bonus-room office furnished with PC computer for your use!  High speed Internet access is available for additional charge, from Time Warner.
